At Healthfab, we prioritize your hygiene and comfort; however, due to the intimate nature of our GoPadFree menstrual underwear, we offer a flexible 10-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Please ensure your products are unworn and unwashed to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to our returns portal using your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check Verification

  Ensure the product is in its original, unopened packaging with all tags attached, as items showing signs of use cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the items and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
